Freshly made chocolate:
- Dark chocolate is good for up to 1 year
- Milk chocolate is good for up to 6 months
- White chocolate is good for up to 6 months
Our truffles and pralines are good for 2 months.
We recommend storing the chocolate at 60.8 – 66.2 degrees Fahrenheit and to eat it at a temperature of 68 degrees Fahrenheit in order to give the chocolate the chance to release all of its aroma.
